(no subject)

I'm a sucker for movie memes.

Bold the titles for the movies you've watched in their entirety.

Italicize the titles for the movies you've only partially watched.

Add three titles of your own choosing to the list.

And I'm adding "Strike out the ones you've absolutely hated, Underline the ones you've absolutely loved" (To strike out, put an s between a matching pair of <. To end it, put a / in front of the s between a matching pair of <) (That lived in the house that Jack built.) (To underline, replace s with u in the above instructions)

Trainspotting

Shrek

Dogma

Strictly Ballroom

The Princess Bride

Love, Actually

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

The Eye

Requiem for a Dream

Dawn of the Dead

The Pillow Book

The Italian Job
(I assume this refers to the remake. I don't believe I've seen the original.)

It was even cute. Remember when the made-up pop stars were funny and stuff?

Army of Darkness

The Color Purple

The Safety of Objects
I cannot, for the life of me, remember if I've seen this one or not. I checked the IMDB entry, read the cast list, looked at the blurb and I *still* can't remember.

Finding Nemo

Monsters Inc

Swept Away

Star Wars: A New Hope
With my mom, when it came out, back when it was just called Star Wars! (But I'm not bitter)

Black Hawk Down

Elizabeth

The Shawshank Redemption

Ghost
Whoopi was wonderful.

Changing Lanes

Road Trip

Miracle

Center Stage

Spider Man

The Exorcist

The Omen

8 Mile

Son in Law

Dr. Strangelove
I must have...don't remember all of it though.

Full Metal Jacket

Lolita

Little Shop of Horrors
Feeeed me, Seymour! (Have seen bits of the original film...this was far better.)

Tank Girl
My favorite nickname for Jeff comes from one of the songs on the soundtrack, Mockingbird girl. (That's not the nickname.)

The Big Chill *Marvelous* soundtrack

Chasing Amy
I like it...I have problems with it...but it's worth a watch just for Silent Bob's speech near the end.

Kill Bill Vol. 2

Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed
Sammy *WANTS* to see this...she did okay with the last one, so it's in the queue, but I keep moving it down 'cause it seems creepier than the last one and she doesn't do well with creepy.

*grinning as I read the list* I love how much of this list we have in common. Thou shalt watch Last Unicorn again soon! (You have to screen it for Sammy, anyway, I think the Bull might be a bit too scary for her yet...)
*sigh* Of all my far-away friends, I most often wish you were closer. Oh, well. This way, we won't get sick of each other. *grin*

Love you.
