Y'know, since you don't get to watch the tv *anyway*, why not stop paying for cable? Even if you get a cable modem through the same place, you can do one without the other. Either that or take the cable box with you when you leave the room. Might make the asshole leave sooner than later.

I'd suggest a machete, but the cleanup is just terrible.
