I played with regular old legos as a kid, and so this girl-lego thing is perplexing to me. Of course our legos came from good will so we never had a full set of anything. Not that my parents were good parents in so many ways but I have to say that the "here's what you have, we're not buying anything else, so use sticks and rocks if you want!" approach to toys forced my brother and me to be so creative in our play, and we didn't enjoy it any less .
