1. You find $100,000 tucked away in a box in the attic. What do you do with it?

I'm going to go ahead and assume this is an old, crumbling box way in the corner that has been there for twenty years or more, thus not belonging to anyone I know or am connected with.

I put twenty thousand each in savings for the kids, I buy a mini, we buy a brand new van and book a vacation to Disneyworld.

2. Would you move if your house was haunted?

Unless it was weird creepy Poltergiest-type haunted, nope.

3. Name one talent you wish you had.

I'd love to play the guitar *very* well. Right now I can play *very* badly. At least I've got very covered.

4. How do you decide what to make for dinner?

Sometimes I have a craving, sometimes one of the kids asks for something and sometimes I ask Jeff what he thinks we should have. If none of these happen, I go poke around in the kitchen till something looks good. If nothing looks good, I usually go with burritos or mac&cheese with stuff (protein, beans, peas, tomatoes).

5. What animal would you love to have as a pet, if it were sure to be safe and allowed?

I'd kind of like a monkey.

Love the site for Wreck-It Ralph. You can even play his game. :)

You have the right to say no.

Jim Hines. He rocks.

As you may or may not know, I've been a fan and customer of Sublime Stitching for many years. Now, Jenny Hart has three embroidery tutorials up and five more are either planned or in the editing stage.

The first is wonderfully basic. If you know *nothing* about embroidery, by the time you're done watching, you can start stitching. Once you gather the supplies. :)

Though Sam has finished her first project and is well into her second, I'm going to show these to her, in case I left something out. Wouldn't want to deny her an ah-hah moment. :)

I love it when people use video sites for craft tutorials. Written tutorials are wonderful, but sometimes you just need to *see* it to get it.

I am in a really good mood today. Got great sleep last night and woke earlier than usual. Fed the family and I even know what we're doing for dinner tonight. I do have to sort Mt. Laundry and get the dirty pile down here to make a new Mt. Laundry, but I actually like doing that and even know which movie I'll watch while sorting.
