Now that I think about it, I believe the first time I ever read anything by Neil Gaiman was Good Omens. This may have been the first I read by Terry Prachett as well, but I may have started reading the Discworld books before that. Hmm. I'm pretty sure I read one of the Johnny books before Good Omens.

I'm looking around for paper dolls. I found Hedga and Hedgie Hedgehog. One of the costumes is that of a mermaid. Too cool. I wonder how well hedgehogs swim...

David Bowie & Van Halen have both recorded "And the Cradle Will Rock". If I'd known, it certainly would have gone on my unexpected covers mix. :)

Dude. Peter S. Beagle is getting royally screwed wrt royalties for the movie version of The Last Unicorn. I really hope they step up and give him the money he so rightfully deserves.

granniechuckie, I wonder if I can get her a set of Alcott. *Grin* Where did you get those sets anyway? They were always there, so I never thought to ask. Not that I think they'll still have 'em, even if the store's still there. Just idle curiousity I guess.

I accidentally marked tomorrow off on the calendar (I hadn't marked it for a long time and got carried away). Does this mean it's cancelled?

There are people across from us who had two males out on their deck over the weekend (we can see their deck (along with several others) from the sunroom). They've also got the cutest baby, about eighteen months old.
Sammy's taken to referring to it as "The House With Two Daddies". *grin*

No word yet on the peanut sprouts. ;)
