How to tell when one's a bit overtired?

One goes into the kitchen to get juice for the child and tea for oneself. One pours juice into one's cup and doesn't even notice till it's half-full.

*sigh* It's gonna be a day.

At least it was good juice. :)

If it makes you feel any better, I went to get coffee yesterday or the day before and poured the milk for it into Toni's tea.

(Chuckle) Took me three trips to the basement last night before I actually came back with what I came down *for*.

Did Sammy like her tea? :-)

My personal "whoa, I am way too tired" thing is "trying to put ointment or hand soap onto my toothbrush."

my personal indicator of ok i'm way to tired is falling into a doze while walking, or while working on something.

i'm glad the juice was good. did sammy get tea?

It's called "Life", I think!

I'd have made my tea in another (larger) cup and then added the juice _to_ it, on the premise that 'it was meant to happen' that way.... but then, OldFarts get sillier as they age, everyone knows that! Take care of Sammy's precious Mama, please ~ she needs you.

I actually did that a few days ago. I put ice into my cup, then took the lid off of the sippy cup for my 3 year old, then proceeded to pour milk over the ice into my cup, and...

Duh.

I wasn't tired, I was just trying to do more than one thing at a time. It cannot be done. :)
