(no subject)

I can't watch movies without IMDB any longer!

Well, I can but it kind of drives me crazy. 'Cause there's always someone in there who's...you know...that guy, who was in that one movie with Humphrey Bogart, no, not *that* movie, the one where he's a gangster! (And, of course, the older the movie, the more difficult it is to remember) When Mum and I were watching a movie and we couldn't figure out who the guy was, we'd often call Nan. And then later I'd mail Mum...and I still do, but there's stuff even *she* doesn't know about movies (Sorry Mum! I promise, I won't tell anyone else. *Grin*).

Which is why putting a dvd drive in Dragon enhanced my movie experience tenfold. (Yay, more reasons to be at my 'puter. ;) Now I can have the IMDB window open while watching the film and just ctrl-tab to it when I'm wondering.

Yeah, I'm completely sad. But hey, at least I know it.

Oh...the reason this entry came about? I'm watching Butterflies Are Free and knew the owner of the funky store from *somewhere*. Turns out he's Michael Warren who was also in Days Of Our Lives, Hill Street Blues, Storyville and other picture postcards.

However, not knowing the actor on sight has never stopped me from making up a name.

Oh great, now I've got to go check all the stuff I thought I knew too. Hmmph.;)

Love you.
