Jun. 17th, 2004 05:24 pmSesame Place is just *so* cool. We're already planning to go back next year. I think we picked the *perfect* time to go as well...they're open late (well, later...they close at eight), but schools (in general) haven't let out yet, so there aren't a zillion people there.
If you *do* decide to go, pay the extra two bucks for priority parking. That'll get you into a smallish lot right next to the gate. It isn't a big deal at the beginning of the day, but can be a lifesaver at the end.:)
Sammy was so happy there. She was singing (they had songs from Sesame Street piped throughout the park...which, surprisingly, wasn't annoying at all) (she learned the words to three new songs too) and dancing all over the place.
I've never been to a more laid back theme park. It was actually relaxing to be there. Of course, Jeff and I are both huge Muppet fans and have remarkably fond memories of Sesame Street, so that probably helped.:)
I'm processing pictures now and will be posting them later. (I tried doing it the other way, but it just wouldn't work. *Grin*)
It was completely nice.
