Still here, surviving.

Had a nice Yulemas. Sammy left a multitude of things for Santa and his buddies, including a coloring book & crayons for the elves.:)

She's decided what she's going to name her future dog. Bananabus. No idea why, but we'd never have to worry about another pup coming when we call ours...:)

Going to sleep and waking up has been sucky for the past couple days. She'll lay down and do all the regular rituals, but then won't sleep. And if she don't sleep, I don't sleep...Jeff would get up with her (or try to talk her down), but I have kind of a problem with that. Because, if I fall asleep on the job, I might have a mess to clean up when I wake, but I don't have to worry about careening across three lanes of traffic into an eighteen wheeler.

So, yeah. Waking up to "Mama, mama, mama, mama, mama" is so much fun. :b One would think that, because she's going to sleep late, she'd wake up late. Ha. It is to laugh. So, I get to wake up to "Mamamamamamamamamamamama" twice a day instead of just once. Oh goody!

Sarcasm...it's what's for breakfast.

I am remarkably scattered. It is a *good* thing I'm paranoid about comments and check to see if I've responded to something if I'm just not sure or a lot of you would have multiples from me.

I really liked Jerry Orbach. The man had one hell of a career and I wish him the best in whatever comes next.

Jeff got me a stuffed Jack Skellington for Yulemas...he completely rocks. (Jeff...Jack does as well. *grin*) And I realized that I've got a small collection of spooky dolls. Nifty!

Mum got me "I Remember Mama" on dvd...yay! :) She also found this fabulous book about a female pirate and Queen Elizabeth and a battle to...well, something. Maybe death, maybe not. I'll know more after I read the book. *grin*

Speaking of Pirates, I'm addicted to the game. Yar! It is truly fabulous.

Went to Ikea on Sunday and got a really nice desk to replace the fold-out table I've been using for the past year. The table is nice and was free, but deskiness with like a *drawer* and stuff is good. And it has a shelf for cds and my speakers and a nice drawer and a cubby for my 'puter and I should have lots of space on the desktop for crafting. Which is even nicer.:)

Hope all y'all are doing well.
