Transformers was as big a movie in China as it was in the USA, a generation of Chinese men grew up watching the first foreign cartoon to be allowed into the PRC and thus, a cult following has been built up around Transformers in China. One man in Zhejiang province, Mr. Zhu, let his enthusiasm for Transformers get the better of him, he actually built a few of his own Transformer robots out of used car parts, including an old BMW 735i front end, which he bought from a scrap car dealer.

I think I may have linked to this before, but I'm not positive. Even if I have, they're definitely worth another look.
Works of art done in Lego.
Though, lego still sounds off to me in plural situations. Oh well, I'll go make some mooses with legos and get over myself.;)

It's kind of amazing how prone I am to earworms. Not just from other people. I give them to myself all the time as well. Like, yesterday. I was attempting to buy some maple-bacon lollipops for
darthgeek's birthday (Oct. 28). (Their paypal link is messed up, so I may get them at a later date, but not this time around), and I got an earworm of "We Didn't Start the Fire". Why? Because "Bacon-Maple Lollipops" scans beautifully to "Begin-Reagan Palestine".
So, at least I got that goin' for me.

Good weekend, with the exception of my sinus thing whacking me repeatedly. But, we got a bunch of errands done, and got to hang out together and have fun, so I definitely call it a win.
