Oct. 19th, 2012 04:15 pmThe second circuit Court of Appeals ruled today that section three of the Defense of Marriage Act (“DOMA”), which says that the Federal government will not recognize any same-sex marriage regardless of state law, “violates equal protection” and is therefore unconstitutional..
Oh *hell* yes. The fight isn't over, but we're one step closer to full citizenship.

pagawne has died. Her passing leaves a blank spot in the world that will never be filled. She was a truly wonderful person and I will miss her terribly.
