Whoa! The models from Disneyland are being auctioned off on e-bay. They've got the models for the House of the Future, Carousel of Progress and Space Mountain, which isn't up to eight bazzillion dollars as I expected.

One of my favorite memories from childhood is Grover singing the "g" song. I love your icon.

Did you read the article about John Stamos owning the original Welcome to Disneyland sign, AND a Dumbo from the ride, ANNND one of the Devil guys from inside Mr. Toad's Wild Ride? He bought all of them from EBay. It was in a Disney newsletter, which of course I can not find now, darn it all. Anyway, after I read that, I too went over to the Disney auction and saw those models. I was wild about the house of the future when I was in Junior High. It's too bad they took it down, it would be neat to see now as "The House of the Future that never was"

Love ya

I did! I guess the new show is paying well...or he saved all the money he made from General Hospital, Full House and those silly phone ads. :)

They've got a model of the monorail at The Disney Store...it would be *beyond* cool to have that. But I remember all the things I knocked over and broke when I was a kid...so I don't think I should get a three hundred dollar fragile (non-computer;) thing, even if I *could* justify the cost.

I'm not avoiding mail, btw, just bogged down. Thrilled that Mikeo liked the book. I think I may be out of cool Poe things. Hmmm...this could be a problem.;)

Love you.
