The chair is comfy. It's going to take some getting used to, sitting in a chair with *both* arms attached and absolutely nothing falling off, but I think I'll be able to deal. :)

In other news, there isn't very much news. It rained for about five minutes last night. I don't know why it bothered.;)

I joined a mailing list about eating from the freezer (ie cooking a bunch of things in one day, and then only having to heat things up for a week or month, depending on the size of one's freezer)(Sometimes, size does matter...) called Frozen Assets. And I keep reading it as "Frozen Asshats". I hope that'll go away, but knowing my twisty brain, it probably won't.

I was poking about Amazon and found Hippolyta and the Curse of the Amazons by Jane Yolen & Robert J. Harris, which sounds very interesting.

Even more interesting is that this particular edition isn't slated to be released until November 30, 2019.

This is what I call planning ahead.

Concensus is that it's an error and I'm going to file a ticket on it. I'm told that sometimes they'll put a placeholder date in when they haven't got a firm release date from the publisher yet (the author is still writing the book, etc) but it's not generally that far out in the future...

This is me trying to earn my contractor money at Amazon and put in a bid for them to keep me. *grin*

Oooh. Happy to have helped. :)

As it turns out - the date is a placeholder used by that publisher when they don't know yet when the book will be available (writer is still writing it, etc). I guess they have to put a lot of things in early because there's so much...

So now we know. *smile*

I read that as "Harry Potter And The Curse Of The Amazons". ;)

You make me laugh in the good way. :-D *goes away snickering at 'Frozen Asshats'.*

As soon as I can fit another freezer in the house, I'm planning on making job lots of things too and freezing them. I used to when I was living on my own, but Dave's need for massive amounts of sustenance has taken over my freezer space. *lol*

My experience is that this discomfort due to the comfort and safety of a new and functional chair can be alleviated by piling the chair so full of crap that you can only perch on the very edge :-)
