Miriam-Webster's word of the year? Woot.

~~~
Can you spot the library? How cool is that? And the facades look so *real*, at least in the pictures. They don't look like painted images of books, they look like you could haul one off the shelf. With enough people, some ropes, maybe a few tractor trailers.
~~~

Oh cool. The writers delivered the first load of pencils to the moguls. I know, it probably won't get the point across (see what I did there? ;) but who knows? It might. One can hope.

And I know it's all serious and real-lifey, but doesn't "delivering the pencils to the moguls" sound like part of a video game?

~~~
I really don't understand why they have an "about the author" paragraph at the end of an autobiography. If you don't know about the author by the time you've finished the book, I really don't think a blurb will enlighten you.
Tired today. Slept *very* well, but still tired. Hoping I sleep well tonight too. I'm also hoping CSI doesn't suck. Reeeeeeeally hoping for that one.
the word of the year is not "woot," (which would be bad enough) but the alphanumerically l33t word "w00t." (zeroes, not o's)
I can't quite put a finger on it, but something about this honor being bestowed on this "word" hurts my heart a wee bit. I though bootylicious winning the honor last year was as bad as it could be, but I have been proven wrong.
You know you're supposed to read that part FIRST, right?
I do think for autobiographies, they should change the standard blurb to end with the classic fifth-grade book report ending: "and if you want to know more, you'll have to read the book."
The library pics are pretty cool. I got a kick out of reading the comments, as well.
