(no subject)

Well, the C drive is completely dead now...but I'm not. :) (And when it was removed, we found out that the drive had been manufactured in 1996...so, it lived a pretty long life and gave good service. It was retired with honors.) 'Puter is still having problems, but I'm hoping I'll have everything back to somewhat normal by this evening. We've got a new 60gig drive, which makes for much happiness...and had to nuke everything on D, which is less joyful. But, I've made peace with that.

Life, in general, is pretty good. But, I can't type too much about it...not for security reasons but because the laptop keyboard makes my hands ache after too long. So, I miss y'all, will be working my way through all the entries and commenting when I can. (In other words, if you get a comment on a week old entry, that would be me. :)
