For some reason, the syndicated feed for the New York Times 25 Most E-mailed Stories often has the headline and link from one article and the blurb from another. Usually it's just weird, sometimes it's funny and every now and then, when the planets align just right, you get one like ( this )

Sammy doesn't like crabs. A lot. She decided this sometime while my parents were here. I *think* it was when we were at the science museum...they had several fake crabs in the displays and one real living in a tank with a camera on him. She *did* like the camera. But she doesn't like crabs.

Ask her. She'll tell you, quite earnestly. For no real reason at all. She just wants to make sure that *everyone* knows that she does *not* like crabs.

I picked up a box of coffee flavored Nips hard candies last time we were at the market...forgot about them till now. Glad to find I still like them a lot.:)

Oh, if you're new to the Nips (that sounds so filthy!;) experience, *don't* bite down beyond using your teeth to move the candy around in your mouth...unless you'd like to have something to put under your pillow for the tooth fairy.;)

I know, I'm behind on damn near everything. I'm not angry at anyone, just...well, when I sit and think about it, I'm sad, so I try not to think about it. I know I owe e-mail to several people and that will go out, promise. It's not you, it's me. I just need to see other websites.;-)

This *should* be Jeff's last week before going on a daytime schedule. I'm not countingcounting on it, but I'm hoping quite a lot. He should also be starting on Tier2 next Monday, which is a good and wonderful thing for him. He's so much happier now.:)

Because his current days off are Fri/Sat and he'll be starting the new schedule/position on Monday, he gets a three day weekend. Which is beyond cool. It means we'll have time for errands and fun stuff! How weird is *that*?;)
