Campbell's tomato soup with noodles is pretty good. It's also weird, but the noodles are firmer than the ones in the chicken soup ('cause the tomato soup is far more concentrated, so they're in less liquid while they're in the can), so it's not gloppy at all. I was pleasantly surprised.

My hair is once again a deep, clear red. Ruby or garnet are the words that come to mind.:) I always put off dying my hair, 'cause in my memory it seems to take forever. In reality, the longest part is waiting for it to stain all my hairs. And since I can read while doing that, I'm comfortable with the wait.

I love having red hair. I didn't like the amount of white in my very dark brown hair till last Yulemas when my mom said, out of the blue, that it was really pretty. That was just nifty. But, I still prefer the red. Actually, I prefer dark blue, purple or green, but that *does* take forever. I'll do it again one day, but this is good.:)

Cards are going out, slowly but surely. I still can't find the box of leftover cards from last year. I'm beginning to wonder if I'm misremembering and there weren't any left after all. But, either way, I think I'll look for some when we go shopping tomorrow.

I've gotten such wonderful cards. I love them all! I'm going to staple them to the wall in the minuscule thruway between the kitchen and the living room. That's also where the stairs from the first level come out, so they'll get a lot of exposure. :)

Btw, this isn't a prod to anyone. I don't want holiday cards to be a stressful thing. It should be joyful and fun. Remember, New Year's is a Winter Holiday...as is Valentine's day.:)

Nearly Solstice. I made it through another year. I know that there are dark months ahead, but each day is a bit brighter than the last. And they add up.

I am grateful.
